<Job Responsibilities>
1. Sales Activities
• Develop sales forecasts
• Coordinate with HQ to meet customer’s required delivery schedules
• Execute customer’s purchases to ensure 100% accuracy in their purchases
• Work with inter-departments to fulfil customer’s purchases and negotiate with customers on prices, terms and conditions
2. Partner (SI & Provider) management
• Understand the business process of each SI and providers to position the company as SI’s first choice
• Communicate the company values to SI and providers
• Manage existing and future partners
• Evaluate SI performance and identify high performing SIs
3. End-user management
• Manage existing accounts and identify opportunities for repeat business
• Develop new accounts to expand the customer database and select most effective
• Regularly visit customers to strengthen relationships
4. Reporting
• Conduct weekly team meetings to report on work progress and share market intelligence with RHQ (e.g., End user information, SI
database)
• Monitor ongoing team process reporting (e.g., monthly forecast report, Project Control Sheet)
5. Personal and team working
• Attend necessary developed skills training
• Maintain and develop product information and technical knowledge
• Ensure good cooperation with colleagues inside and outside department
• Motivate team to follow company rules and regulations
• Conduct performance appraisal for direct reports
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Age: 27 - 35
- Gender: Any
- Education Background: Bachelor's Degree, major in Mechatronics or Mechanical or Electronics or Automation
- Experience:
+ At least 5 years of experience in sales of industrial robotics
+ Experience in programming a 3D graphic simulation software
+ Experience in channel partner management
+ Experience with reading mechanical drawings and simple electrical schematic drawings
- Language: English - Business Level
- Others:
+ Good knowledge of the manufacturing industry
+ Good with Microsoft excel and MS office tools
