<Job Responsibilities>
➤General affairs work
・ Preparation of application documents, etc. (Work permit, VISA, another license.)
・ Basic accounting work (payment-related), communication with accounting consultants
・ At the start, prepare monthly and annual accounting documents with the support of the accounting firm.
・ Managing receipts and disbursements as a cashier who is also in charge of cashiering and management
・ Filling and management of internal documents
・ Arrange business trip (book a hotel, arrange the flight ticket, etc..)
➤ Assistant & Sales support task
・ Creation of the proposal plan, the requirements definition document….
・ Manage delivery for order
・ Creating a quotation for customers and creating an order form for suppliers for domestic
・ Interpretation between Director & their clients if they need.
・ Other tasks assigned by Japanese director
Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Gender: Female
・Age: 28 - 40
・Collage Degree
・Language: Japanese Business more than N2
English Intermediates level ( can read & Write)
・Over 3 years in back office work experience in Japanese company
・Proficient in Microsoft Office & have good PC skill
・Good understanding Japanese company culture & HO/REN/SOU
