<Job Responsibilities>
- Meets and exceeds sales target: generation of order income and revenue from new and existing large and medium customers as defined in the sales plan.
- Develops and maintains a customer-focused list by proposing focused customers and business opportunities based on marketing leads, own opportunities, certificate expiry lists, market knowledge, etc.
- Identifies solutions for customer needs; Generates new leads and converts assigned sales leads generated by marketing or other channels.
- Acquires new customers; Maintains / grows customer loyalty and ring-fences critical business through regular customer interaction and visits.
- Maintains positive relationships with existing customers to up-sell the service portfolio.
- Documents all activities in the relevant IT tools (e.g. Salesforce.com).
- Responsible for the on-time delivery, quality and follow-up of the quotation according to the customer needs.
- Follows up on quotations with customer and supports in the cash collection of unpaid / overdue invoices for the customers.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Education: Bachelor's Degree, major in Business Administration
・Language: English - Business Level
・Experience: More than 2 years working experience in B2B sales with strong market sense
・Expertise in using emails, internet searching and Microsoft Office and Salesforce.com.
・High sales skills including cold-call, presentation and negotiation Proven track record in sales.
・Can-do and self-starter working attitude.

• High problem solving skills, analytical/ observation and interpersonal skills;
• Be able to work under pressure, willingness to take responsibility;

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
• Experience in Testing, Inspection, Certification services (TIC) or related field would be an advantage.
