Do multi-task and always need to cooperate with other staffs
<Job Responsibilities>
80% Sales task
- Developing new clients with sales manager's helping
- Presenting their products for client
- Taking care of existing clients and following up for continuation of the contract
- Contacting and following up response when the customers occurs accidents
20% Admin and Accounting
- Supporting to Administration staff (Accounting, labor, payroll, documents managing)
* When the Administration staff takes off you have to handle all task

- They are small organization, they always have to communicate and help each other
- Need to take a qualification of insurance as soon as possible after joining
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Gender: Females prefer
- Age: 25-28 is must
- Education: Bachelor's degree is must
- Language: English intermediate level or higher
- Experience: More than 2 year experience of BtoB Sales in any industry
- Personality: Cheerful, honest, cooperative, good at communication
- Other: "Having a passion for working for a Japanese company and can work for a long term"
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Having experience of Admin, Accounting task in any industry
- Having knowledge of Insurance
- Having experience of working in Japan or a Japanese company
- Having the strong skill of sales

- Need to bring the bachelor's degree and ENGLISH certificate (If they have one) in the interview
