- Managerial tasks regarding human resource and administration for Ho Chi Minh Office (including communication with the head quarter in Tokyo)
- Financial accounting for Ho Chi Minh Office (including communication with the head quarter in Tokyo)
- Supporting Japanese and Vietnamese lawyers, paralegals as needed
- Other matters as assigned by lawyers, office manager from time to time
- Report directly to office manager
<Necessary Skill / Experience>
・Age : 22-27
・Gender : Female only
・Language skills : Japanese – Business Level (N2) AND English – can read & understand English documents
・Education background : Bachelor's Degree in Vietnam
・Experience:
- Experience working as Assistant/ Admin staff
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Having experience working in Law firm
