- Customer support and order management
<Job Responsibilities>
- Response for customer
- Estimates for orders, creation of purchase orders
- Inventory management
- Coordination and follow-up of delivery dates
- Create status reports and attend meetings
- Visiting customers when necessary
- Check the situation at the warehouse when necessary
- Responding to quality inquiries
- Other requests from directors

・Education: College diploma
・Gender: Female prefer
・Age: 27-38y
・Language: Business level in Japanese
more than conversational level in English
・Having trading knowledge or Experience
・Having experience as Sales assistant or related to trading business in Japanese company
・Good understanding of PO creation
