<Job Responsibilities>
1. Implement procedures for service contractors, instructing service contractor staff in implementing building operation procedures.
2. Supervise the daily work of service contractors to ensure the quality of work and services according to standard.
3. Set up schedule, regular / irregular meetings with service contractors.
4. Control and evaluate the quality of the service providers such as Security, Cleaning, Garbage collection, Landscaping, Pest control service, etc.
5. Coordinate with the PM team to solve the requirements and complaints of Tenants related to the quality of the building services.
6. Manage our technician team such as attendance, work attitudes and maintenance schedule
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Education: Bachelor's Degree
・Language: English - Business Level
・Experience: At least 1 year of management experience in commercial building
