<Job Responsibilities>
1. Department Management
- Based on company's mid-term policy and strategy, be able to set own department's mid-term direction and strategy, plan and manage the whole department to achieve such direction and strategy.
- Provide efficient and effective advice with members maximize Department’s productivity.
- Regularly report department's situation to Head of Medical Business and top management, then convey company policy/opinion to members.
- Make a consensus within department and conduct performance appraisal fairly.
- Consider overall optimization; cooperate and adjust resources among departments, rather than considering only the benefit for own work responsibility.
- Consolidate the PCL (Prospect Control List) information and summary sales forecast quarterly to the department.
2. Distributor Management
- Lead distributors to achieve sales targets in each Business Unit.
- Support promotional activity not only for doctors but also for all of the stakeholders by accompanying distributor staff in their territory.
- Liaise between clinical application staff and distributor sales members.
- Consolidate the PCL on a regular basis to improve sales forecast accuracy. Submit the sales forecast quarterly to the department
3. Clinical Application Management
- Mentor the clinical application team to allocate all resources in each activity to improve performance and efficiency.
- Manage clinical application team activities to expand the business, especially in key provinces/cities.
- Build up the guideline and process for the clinical application team that make sure business run smoothly both internally (cross-department) and externally (distributors, customer)
4. Business management
- Constantly review the business result of Key Account Management (KAM) in the assigned territory and timely renew the target and set up proper tactics to achieve the target.
5. Market research
- Cooperate with marketing department and Field Service Engineer (FSE) to understand the market and potential clients and consider the best way to approach potential clients and increase market coverage.
- Analyze competition by gathering current market information on pricing, products, new products, monitor competitors’ activities and strategies and provide information to the Manager to take timely action.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Education Background: Bachelor's Degree, major in Economy, Pharmaceuticals are preferable
- Experience: Have at least 5 years of sales management experience in healthcare/ medical equipment industry.
