<Job Responsibilities>
1. Section Management
- Based on department's mid-term policy and strategy, be able to set own section's mid-term direction and strategy, plan and manage the whole section to achieve such direction and strategy.
- Regularly report section's situation to department managers and top management, then convey company/department policy/opinion to members.
- Make a consensus within section and conduct performance appraisal fairly.
- Consider overall optimization; cooperate and adjust resources among sections, rather than considering only the benefit for own work responsibility.
2. Clinical Application Management
- Allocate the territory for members to utilize the maximum resources
- Set up KPI for a daily visit of each member in their assigned territory.
- Monitor, guide, and support members in daily activities: create customer demand, sales promotional activities, OPD, handle customer’s requests…
- Be a model for members in terms of delivering appropriate presentations, demonstrations, and on-patient demonstrations (OPD) on products and services.
- Arrange the participants on behalf of the company in exhibitions, events or conferences.
- Hold the PCL monthly meeting to ensure all prospects update timely & accurately in our Salesforce system. Also, justify the resource allocation properly for potential clients through PCL updates.
- Provide product, treatment, and soft skill training with the distributor.
- Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
- Cooperate with a distributor to handle demand, complaints or objections from user.
- Review feedback from customers or potential clients and share it with distributor and internal teams.
3. Business management
- Constantly review the business result of Key Account Management (KAM) in the assigned territory
- Maximize efficiency and effectiveness for Demo asset and eradicate overdue.
4. Market research
- Cooperate with marketing department and Field Service Engineer (FSE) to understand the market and potential clients and consider the best way to approach potential clients and increase market coverage.
5. Regional business expansion
- Synergize clinical application action across relevant departments
6. Marketing support
- Support doctor and explain how to use products
- Follow up customer requests on the products in the event.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Education Background: Bachelor's Degree, major in Economy, Pharmaceuticals are preferable
- Experience: Have at least 3 years of sales management experience in healthcare/ medical equipment industry.
- Language: English - Business Level
