<Job Responsibilities>
- Sales of products to retail stores
- Propose and proactively implement sales improvement measures for each current business partner (SM, CVS, etc.) based on the KPI (sales per retail store) set by the company.
- Development of MT market (SM, CVS)
- Monitoring sales status and reporting market status
- Identifying issues for expanding sales
- Manage members when the number of sales teams increases
- Manage Representatives
- Gathering information from competitors
- Planning and implementation of promotions aimed at expanding sales
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Education: Bachelor
・Age: 30-45
・English: Business Level
・Those who have more than 2years of experience as MT Sales Manager in foods industry
・Those who have good relationships with buyers in each retail business or can build.
・Act as a Playing Manager
・Deep understanding of the confectionery industry
・Having a high awareness of compliance at the global standard level
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Language: Japanese is a plus
・Sales experience at confectionery factory or related to confectionery
・Build up a business plan
・Good understanding as new business in VN.
