<Job Responsibilities>
• Actively creating a pool of candidates for sourcing through recruiting activities, social networking, community organizations, and media channels.
• Handling the full-cycle recruitment process to hire the best suitable talent employees for the company. Including screen, shortlist, interview, reference checks, offer preparation for potential candidates.
• Experienced in Social network advertising (Google Ad system, Facebook Ad…)
• Responsible for the full employee life cycle from on-boarding to off-boarding to make sure to maintain and develop the warm welcome and comply with internal policy, and procedure.
• Updating recruitment trend, channels, techniques to propose an improvement for the recruiting process.
• Monthly HR report such as: Hiring status, head count & HR activities.
• Organize company events and activities to build up the company culture and connecting people.
• Update Employee Profile, Labor contract to complete labor preparation process on time
• In charge of employee benefits execution following company policies such as Health Insurance, Annual Health Check-up.
• Company document notarization, expatriate compliance papers (back up if any): Visa application & extension for all expatriate staffs; apply for work permit, apply for resident card if applicable.
• Responsible for operation and general administrative jobs: Purchase & mange/ stock check company equipment's/ stationaries, medical supplies, cleaning goods; Parking & office facility arrangement.
• Daily maintenance of Internal system such as access control, monitoring system, attendance. to ensure normal operation (user management: registration/deletion, update & log management). • Other administrative tasks will be assigned by the line manager.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Education: Bachelor or higher degree in Human Resources, Business/ Administration Management, or other relevant subjects
・Language: Business level (both verbal and written)
・Experience:
+ From 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition role with a background in the IT field (Strong recruiting and networking skills)
+ Knowledge to making visa, working permit, residence card process.
・Good command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other working tools
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Knowledge of Vietnamese laws on labor, social & health insurance, and other relevant applicable laws, codes, and regulations.
