<Position Objective/Expectation >
Work as playing leader for the project (Backend)

<Job Responsibilities>
- Check the status and instruct(manage) junior staff
- Manage the schedule and attend the meeting with Japan HQ
- Understand, create, and review specifications (from Japan HQ)
- Implement the system
- Design the system
- Review and improvement of tester
- Quality Check
- Perform functional testing, operation (according to the situation)
- Other tasks assigned by Vietnamese PM

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Age: Over 30 years old
・Gender: Any
・Language: English Conversational level
・Experience: More than 6 years in programming development with strong experience using PHP
