<Job Responsibilities>
- Recruitment and assignment of staff, employment processing, evaluation and compensation, health and benefits management
- Employee relations and retention, building training programming and education and other union management
Develop and execute the organization's human resources and talent strategy.
- Manages human resources operations which may include recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of qualified job applicants
- Creating learning and training programs; developing evaluation and compensation system
- Resolving complex, specialized, and sensitive questions and issues that arose, updating policies.
- Develops financial strategies in terms of human resources by estimating, forecasting, and anticipating the organization's HR demands
- Maintains compliance with Vietnam Labor Law, Tax authorities, other legal requirements and recommended best practices
- Reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance
- Analyze the trend of Department of Health and Social Health Insurance in relation with human resources
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned

- Age: 30 - 50

- Education: bachelor's degree
- English skill: Business level
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate
- Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- Experienced in human resource management as HR Manager
