<Job Responsibilities>
◆Accounting
・Issue sales invoice
・Collect and verify purchase invoices, proceed payment to supplier, payroll, tax payment.
・Manage cash book (if any) and bank account. Control account receivable/payable
・Coordinate with outsourcing accounting company
・Inventory and cash management
◆HR
・Prepare, renew, terminate labor contract and manage employee list’s information
・Attendance & shift management
・Support hiring for new members
◆GA task
・Purchase office stuff and manage company equipments
・Preparing contract / documentations
・Support communication with Vietnamese governments
◆Others
・Communicate with Japan corporate team
・Prepare report documents to Directors (if any)
・Support translation or interpretation (if any)
・Deal with complaints initially (if any) "
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Age: 27-35
・Gender: Any
・Education: University graduate or above
・Language: Business level or upper English
・Experience:
- At least 5 years' experience of GA/HR/Accounting in Service industry
- At least 3 years' experience of management of members in GA/HR/Accounting
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Japanese proficiency (N3 or higher)
・Hospital or store management experience
・Worked at Japanese or International companies experience
