<Job Responsibilities>
・Research market needs, analyze and propose new products to develop.
・Be the face of the organization to internal and external partners.
・Manage the company's marketing activities to enhance sales operation.
・Control nationwide and regional sales, cooperating with Areas to get a market
response, competition, and suggestions from Areas for the countermeasure.
・Analyze member data sources to propose sales strategies and tactics to push sales.
・Be responsible for data management for the internal report, analysis, and budget control.
・Follow up plan & other tasks assigned by higher manager
・Maintain productive relationships with key Merchants and agencies
・Play a key role in executing deals by closely working with cross functional teams
・Build and implement business action plan (quarterly/ monthly/weekly) following the Company strategy and direction
・Manage daily marketing and sales activities and the roll out of business activation plans to support customer attraction
・Set goals for the Customer Success Team and developing strategies to meet those goals
・Be responsible for effectively managing Customer Success Team by monitoring and advising changes to achieve an effective customer approach
・Developing quotes and proposals for prospective Merchants
・Providing on-the-job training Customer Success Team and providing them with constructive feedback for improvement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Age: 33 ~ 40
・Gender: Any
・Language: English Business level (speaking, presentation)
・Experience:
- Have more than 10 years of experience in Marketing, Business Development in the retail-commerce or fintech field with at least 5 years at management level
- Have knowledge of the market of hire-purchase credit systems or financial market
- Be able to work independently, under pressure & challenge
- Have good negotiation skills.
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Having a Finance, and payment system knowledge
・Strong skills in communication, building teamwork, problem-solving
・Having proactive, aggressive attitude
