<Job Responsibilities>
・Support in-house Call Center Team to respond and answer inquiries from customers/ Merchant by operating/ using in-house sales tool
・Tracking and solve problems/ issues with relating internal department and overseas Vendor’s help desk, and then reporting for superior as necessary
・Data aggregation by processing CSV data or Excel data from in-house system in order to support Customer Success Team improve business
・Propose to change in procedure to improve effectiveness and efficiency
Perform other duties as directed by the superiors
・Participate in the annual/mid-term strategic planning process/meetings with department/section heads
・Conduct periodical reports via collection, analysis and summary of market data and insights
・Identify consumer insights and opportunities to translate them into strategic and creative plan
・Conduct analyses to identify changes needed to projects/campaigns, formulating findings and making recommendations
・Collaborate with Customer Success Team to understand their needs and customize solutions that will increase their effectiveness
・Accountability for statutory notification for marketing activities
・Support Customer Success Team to get approval from Merchants for marketing approaches

・Experience:
- At least 5 years of working experience as a marketing or sales business planning person in the payment or finance industry
-Microsoft Office skills

・Having strong communication skill, Teamwork skill, and Problem-solving skills
