<Job Responsibilities>
1. HRBP (Ho Chi Minh Branch)
• Collaborate with HR functions to deploy activities of recruitment, Learning & Development, performance management and engagement at branch to meet the target of development and retention of the team.
• Consult with HR head, Branch head, and Department heads to provide HR guidance and practices at branch.
• Handle and resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances, discipline matters
• Build up and maintain good cooperation and relations with different teams, departments and the staff in general; answer queries from managers; provide advice, support, updates and briefings on HR matters.
• Assist in defining the strategy to enhance the employee relations, engagement and communication within branch, in line with the company values, as well as quality expectations.
• Study and observe the business operation at branch to detect and collaborate with HR functions to propose solutions/programs to fix gaps between HR and business operation, not limit to monitoring and reporting on employee performance, talent development (workforce plan, identify key talents for development), organization structure.
• Analyze trends and metrics to suggest new HR ideas and plans to develop team and support business operation.
• Involve in common HR projects, upon assignment, aiming at the development of HR service quality and efficiency: KPI, Job grading...
2. Talent Acquisition management (Head Office)
• Manage job sites (Vietnamworks, Career Builder, Career, LinkedIn)
• Be Admin of module Relationship Customer Management on SAP SuccessFactor
• Prepare yearly headcount budget based on company’s requirements
• Recruitment budget plan yearly (all company) and control monthly
• Lead employer branding activities (collaborate with branches’ HRBP)
• Reporting: manpower, recruitment performance, … and ad-hoc reports as requested
• Employee Retention & Engagement: analyze exit interview, turnover rate reports and propose suitable retention action plan to align with company’s expectation
• Fulfill Head Office’s vacancies and support branches to recruit in difficulties
• Other tasks assigned by HR Head
<Necessary Skill/ Experience>
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business,...
- Language: English - Business Level
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience as HRBP and Talent Acquisition in multinational companies with 3+ year at management level
- Skill:
• Good knowledges about labor law and labor market in Vietnam
• Experience in using applicant tracking system (SAP or Oracle or ect) will be a plus
• Work well with tight deadlines and under high pressure
• Good communication, problem solving & presentation skill
• Good management, planning and analyzing ability
• Ability to maintain the highest degree on confidentiality and professional discretion
