<Job Responsibilities>
- Meet regularly with Vice General Director and each Department Manager to create needs assessment and business strategy with accompanying action plans.
- Establish HR practices, processes, and policies/regulations that are aligned with company’s Global Standard, including effective utilization of available resources and producing new content, by collaborating with HR team in Japan, Singapore and US.
- Build HR team by recruiting people who are necessary for the company and have responsibility of HR related operations and manage them.
- Maintain HRIS data, including management of employee changes, new hires, terminations, and payroll, make sure the amount of tax, insurance and salary for each employee.
- Partner with leadership in the effective implementation of performance reviews and compensation planning including promotion, merit, and bonus cycle based on Vietnam IT market analysis
- Design, oversee and support full-cycle recruitment with the continuous cost savings: forecast hiring needs, complete job descriptions, conduct and schedule interviews, complete background and reference checks, draft offer letters, etc.
- Oversee and support full-cycle performance evaluation: Conduct performance evaluation process including objective settings, summarize entire evaluation result, finalize it with stakeholders.
- Build and rollout exceptional onboarding program for all new hires
- Ensure compliance with local laws and industry regulations when advising department managers on legal implications of HR and business decisions
- Communicate with Vietnam government or Ho Chi Minh City for HR matters, responsible for social security matters.
- Visa application support, budget management, responsibility for HR related legal matter.
General Administration (GA):
- Negotiate the price and contact terms with suppliers, prepare office facilities such as name plate, business card etc.
- Ensure daily operations, budget management.
- Work as contact point with real estate agency, find the office location, negotiate the terms and conditions, and make a contract
- Respond to the requests from JP HQ’s back-office team such as IT/Security audit.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Education: Bachelor's Degree
・Language: English - Business Level
・Experience: At least 3 years of HRGA management experience in IT or FinTech industry (Bank, Securities, Credit Card, Insurance etc.)
+ HR: Experience in designing and implementing overall HR strategy, salary/evaluation system and training schemes.
+ GA: Overall experience in GA matters
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Communication skill in Japanese
・Basic knowledge of accounting and finance
・Experience of working in a startup company.
・Organization (Team, Group which have a certain number of members) management experience
・Experienced and comfortable working and collaborating in complex global organizations
・Proficient in MS Office products, having knowledge of IT
