Handling HR tasks
・Make hiring plan, and support for the hiring process
・Create labor contracts, manage contracts for each member
・Payslip calculate
・Support for Evaluation
・Visa, Work permit, Residence card, house lease contract, etc
・Office facilities management and supplies
・Managing paperwork
・Booking hotel, restaurant, air ticket…
・Supporting in Japanese-related jobs (Interpreting in the meeting, Translating documents)
・Other tasks assigned by Manager

< Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Bachelor's degree
・Gender: Female
・Age: 25 - 35 years old
・Having working experience in HR position in Japanese company for over 3 years
・Language: Japanese Business Level (N2equivalent) *for use create documents
・Excellent of using MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook, and Google Drive is a must
・Can work with multitasking
Preferable experience
・English conversational level(use internal)
・Having experience of translate and interpreting (JP- VN)
