<Job Responsibilities>
・Hire new staff especially for IT engineer
→ Searching and approaching candidates by yourself
・Human resource planning (Hiring, supporting the introduction of training and evaluation systems)
・General Affairs (to be handled together with the current accounting staff)
・Support to labor management (contract/attendance management, union support)
・Support to legal tasks (checking laws and regulations, preparing legal documents, etc.)
・Other support tasks for the Vietnamese leader
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Gender: Female Prefer
・Age: 23-33
・Education: College diploma or higher
・Language: Japanese Conversational Level
・Experience: More than 3 years of experience in Human Resources in any industry (Not only Admin)
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・More than 1 year of hiring IT engineers in the IT industry or Human resource industry (Not only for using an HR agency but also searching for IT engineer candidates by yourself)
・Experience in planning or proposals for projects in a leadership position in which they are made
・Experience of negotiating with labor unions in Vietnam
・Experience in Japanese companies
・Experience as a communicator in an IT company
・Knowledge of accounting
