<Job Responsibilities>
1. Annual Sales Target Achievement
- Make the annual sales plan by the dealer
- Negotiate with dealers and realize the annual/monthly sales plan
- Support other teams to make the sales policy for dealers
- Daily communication with GM and PM for sales progress
2. Channel Management
- Maintain strong cooperation relationships with dealers
- Align with PM for product display target and realize the target
- Set up the annual target for new dealer expansion and realize the target
- Set up channel output target and realize the target
- Organize dealer activities like dealer conventions, dealer trip
3. Retailing Management
- Maintain the existing endcap and negotiate with the dealer for new endcap construction
- Follow Product training among the team
- Organize consumer activities
- Support store retailing
4. Team Management
- Empower and train subordinates
- Allocate jobs clearly among the team
- Build key sales capabilities among the team
- Create a career roadmap for the team
5. Communication with stakeholders
- Align with GD for the sales strategy and execution
- Align with PM for product strategy and sales policy
- Align with the marketing team for strategy and marketing execution
- Align with sales for channel management
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Education Background: Bachelor's Degree, major in Sales & Marketing or Business
- Language: English - Business Level
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience in a manager role in home appliance sales & marketing background in Vietnam.
<Personal Traits >
- High sense of responsibility and ownership, Hard-working and self-motivated;
- Strong Leadership and team spirit; Data analysis capability and foresight for the market;
- Strong Problem-Solving Skills; Ability to make the plan and release the plan independently
