<Job Responsibilities>
Purpose: Work to ensure the smooth operation of the tender process and our distributors as well as increase our product appeal to current and prospective customers.
・Act as the first point of contact for all business-related tasks related to the distributor business throughout Vietnam.
・ Establish relationships and/or collaborations with established- and newly appointed distributors as well as with existing and/or prospect customers (including customer decision makers and those with influence)
・ Organize appointments and meetings routinely to cultivate positive distributor and customer rapport so that they can advocate for our products (Lab).
・ Assist in the development, renewing and (re-) negotiation of new and current distribution contracts/agreements
・Actively follow tender publications and assist in the analyzing of technical and economical requests as well as in the formulation of winning tender strategies.
・ Monitor the tender environment and work with the rest of the team to create successful tailor made tender strategies
・ Assist in negotiating the conditions for placing our products on market. The conditions include but are not limited to prices, quantity and payment terms.
・ Point of contact for distributor inquiries (technical/academic and others).
・ Attend and co-organize trade exhibitions, conferences, and meetings.
・ Identify potential of new business opportunities.
・ Perform other duties assigned or accepted as out of the guidelines
<Necessary Skill / Experience>
・Education: Bachelor's Degree
・Gender: Any
・Age: 24-40 years old
・Language: English business level (good speaking)
・Experience: Have at least 2 years experience in distributor support and/or tender support positions in the clinical diagnostics market.
・Knowledgeable on Vietnamese tender laws, experiencing work with suppliers or distributors in sales support functions
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Japanese skill
・Strong contacts within the distributor, hospital, laboratory, and clinic markets
・Experience interacting with hospitals will be an advantage
<Preferred personality>
・Attention to detail.
・Can Have business trip
