<Position Objective/Expectation >
This is a new-setting-up company. This position is among the first members of the company. The tasks will be various and in a small office
<Job Responsibilities>
・Be in charge of general administrative duties of the office
・Communicate with outsourced consulting firms for accounting, labor, etc.
・Do Payroll calculation
・Manage deposits and withdrawals, including cash receipts and disbursements, invoicing, and administration
・Manage internal documents
・Translate and make some documents
・Attend meetings to do the interpretation for clients who come to Vietnam from Japan
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Gender: Any
・Age: 25 - 29
・Language: Japanese Business level and N2 Certificate is must
・Experience:
- Having more than 5 years of experience in General affairs tasks in Japanese companies / any industry
- Having strong experience in translating documents (Vietnamese⇔Japanese)
- Having experience in obtaining labor-related, VISA and work permit applications
・Have long-term commitment to work for the company
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Experience in processing corporate licenses
・Working experience in a new-setting-up companies
・Having Japanese N1 certificate
