<Job Responsibilities>
- Develop the marketing product for the new project: perspective, product video, show unit, brochure/leaflet, and model.
- Run sales campaign for the project: design, flyer, standee, presentation file, SNS campaign, and social media seeding.
- Develop in-house marketing for SEO, Google Ads, GDN, and social media seeding.
- Conduct market research for online and offline channels (including on-site analysis).
- Manage and develop the new offline channel and implement new billboards in the company area.
- Managers will assign other tasks.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Language: English - Intermediate Level and above
・Education: Bachelor's Degree
・Experience: 2 years of experience as an in-house Marketing Executive in the Real Estate field
