<Job Responsibilities>
Assistant Sales Manager or Sales Manager of industrial sewing machines for FDI market (Mainly Korean market) in an organization of about 30 people, about 5 people in FDI team.
*Visiting end-user FDI factories (Mainly Korean garment/Shoes/Automotive factories), sales activities, promotional activities, proposal activities, relationship building, and concluding business.
*New Customer Development
*Concluding contracts with dealers and customers
*Communication with dealers about logistics / international trading matters
*Supporting order placement and shipping operations
*Business trips to all of Vietnam, South East Asia, South Korea (including overnight stays)
*Visit and presentation to the client's Korean headquarters
*Preparing monthly sales forecasts
*Building and controlling relationships with dealers, developing new dealers and other sales networks, and managing them.
*Marketing Activities for New Product Launches
*Translation of websites, catalogs, and manuals into Korean
*Holding exhibitions and other events
*Market research (including market trends, competitor conditions, proposals for product planning, etc.)
*Reporting to FDI Team Manager or Japanese Sales Manager
*We would like to expand our activity, not only to product sales but also to the solution proposed by automation and IoT network systems
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・University Degree: Bachelor's Degree
・Languague: Korean at Native Level and English at Business Level
・Have at least 3 years experience in B to B solution sales. Knowledge of international trading practices.
・Be able to propose specific solutions to customers rather than just selling products in a box at a cheap price.
・Good at building good relationships with dealers. Should be able to cultivate/develop new customers.
・Enough experience to get VISA&WP
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・It is better if they have experience in sales of industrial sewing machines.
・It is better if they have the experience in garment industry, textile industry, or industry for equipment related to the garment/textile industry.
・Ability to build relationships with customers
・Building relationships with dealers
・Sales by solution proposal for not only industrial sewing machines but also related automatic machines, IoT systems, etc.
・Manage the information of customers by utilizing CRM system
・Reporting using PowerPoint and Excel and so on.
・Work experience in Vietnam
