QC Staff - Manufacturing

<Job Responsibilities>
- Work closely with QA/other production members to ensure products meet quality and performance requirements.
- Summarize quality reports, communicate, report, and resolve issues with her QA/team in HQ through regular meetings.
- Verification, sampling, inspection, and/or testing of various finished products to ensure product/process quality.
- Check the items related to quality confirmation, such as checking the color and quality of the printed product.
- Sampling inspection of finished products to ensure conformity to specifications. May be released for shipment.
- Identify and resolve workflow and production issues.
- Plan and execute audits of new and existing suppliers.
- Management of SOP（Standard Operating Procedure）

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Qualification: Associate degree or high school
・Language Skills: English OR Japanese conversational skill
・Gender: Any
・Age: 25-35
・Having more than 3 years experience in QC position in the Paper, Package, and related product industry
Have knowledge of SOP（Standard Operating Procedure）

・Bachelor's degree
・Working experience at a Japanese company.
・Language Skills: Japanese conversation Level
・Have knowledge of AQL（Acceptance Quality Limit）
