<Job Responsibilities>
・Conduct sales planning for assigned territories and industries.
・Close follow-up with potential and existing customers to maintain, grow and secure more business.
・Achieve sales target set by management.
・Work closely with other departments within the company to settle claims and propose solutions
・Comply with the company’s policy on business ethics.
・Complete Company’s sales reporting requirements (to Senior Manager or higher level) in a timely manner.
・Manage existing and new accounts
・Convert sales lead into customers
・Other jobs as required by line manager/BOD
<Necessary Skill / Experience>
・ Education: Bachelor's degree
・ Age: 27 - 37
・ Gender: Any
・ Language: English business level (good writing & speaking)
・Exprience: At least 3 years of working experience as a Sales Manager in the Freight Forwarding, Logistics and Local Delivery industry.
・Other:
- Have knowledge of import/export
- Experienced with local & MNC clients.
- Can provide a proven track record of sales achievements
- Can go on business trips
- Good MS Office
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Having Experience in Japanese companies
・Certificate of formal sales training programs
