<Job Responsibilities>
• Establish and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize profits
• Build and maintain relationships with contractors, design consultants, project managers, and new potential customers
• Expand distribution channels, and find customers and partners to ensure sales number
• Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and Technical departments to implement business plans
• Prepare and propose sales programs to achieve business goals
• Stay up-to-date with industry and competitor trends to maintain an edge
• Conduct sales performance forecasting and analysis, report to senior manager
<Requirements>
- Background: College or Bachelor's Degree, major in Business Administration, Marketing, Electrical, Industrial Electrical, Electrical Engineering
- Language: English - Business Level
- Experience:
+ Have at least 5 years of project sales experience in power quality or solutions.
+ Have working experience or relationships with contractors, design consultants, factories
+ Have knowledge of electrical products and equipment
- Others:
+ Strong communication, persuading skill
