<Job Responsibilities>
・ Cultivate and find new customers and sell Elevator
・ Establish relationships with new customers
・ Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers
・ Strive to improve customer satisfaction through excellent customer service
・ Identify and respond to client needs for Elevator
・ Keep a high level of knowledge about existing products and services, and learn about new products and services as they come in
・ Follow up on customer orders as necessary to Supplier
・ Anticipate the needs of customers and Suggest Elevator Products accordingly
・ Meet with customers to determine their specific needs and wants, making suggestions as appropriate
・ Attend a weekly sales meeting
・ Appropriate monitoring, reporting, communication, and liaison.
・ Health and safety adherence
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Age: 35 ~ 40
・Gender: Any
・Education: Bachelor’s degree
・Language: English Conversational Level (Have a Japanese-speaking admin staff support as Interpreter) or Japanese Conversational
・Experience: Must have 3 years of experience in Sales at management level in the Elevator industry
・Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Ability to liaise with stakeholders and influence people of a diverse range of backgrounds
- Ability to take initiative and work independently
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Willingness to absorb new knowledge.
- Ability to follow instructions and take action accordingly

- Proficiency with sales management software and MS Office (Word, EXCEL, PowerPoint)
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・ Ability to balance persuasion with professionalism
