Production Assembly Executive / Nhân viên Sản Xuất Lắp Ráp - Electrical Equipment

<Job Responsibilities>
- Understand the plans, production process and understand the general requirements/special products new.
- Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements.
- Calculate takt time, standard time for the operator, and make line balancing.
- Comply with labor safety processes and company regulations.
- Contribution of kaizen’s opinions on new production machines,
- Kaizen line improvement (quality, operational efficiency,)
- Manage the visualization improvement process.
- Detailed data analysis, and enhancements to improve productivity (Power BI, Tableau,)
- Develop tools aimed at improving production efficiencies.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Education: University/ College/ Intermediate.
- Language Skills: English - Intermediate Level
- Experiences:
• Having knowledge of product management, and production from 1 year
• Have wide knowledge of motion board, Power BI, Tableau, and other software usage records.
• Communication skills, organizational skills, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Be capable of working well with management and staff at all levels.
