<Job Responsibilities>
・Check whether the products you are importing from overseas can be imported.
・Implement, monitor, and resolve issues related to imports and exports
・Verify documents and complete customs formalities related to the import and export of goods
・Creation and adjustment of bill of materials and production standards (BOM)
・Monitor raw materials, and product data and coordinate with the accounting department,
・Prepare annual settlement report for customs
・Be familiar with customs procedures, circulars, ordinances, and regulations in the import and export field
・Interact with customs and state agencies
・Other duties will be assigned by the department head to support the team and other departments as needed.
・ Interpretation between the Factory Manager and staff
・ Other tasks assigned by the Japanese director or Chinese factory Manager
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Gender: Females prefer
・Age: 28 - 40
・Collage Degree
・Language: Chinese Business level
English Intermediates level ( can read and write)
・Over 3 years of working experience as trading staff.
・Proficient in Microsoft Office & have good PC skill
・Good understanding of Japanese company's culture
・Good understanding Trading process
・Can work flexible
・Good understanding new set-up company's situation
