<Position Objective/Expectation>
Develop new clients for branding support using famous Japanese anime cartoon characters in order to increase the name recognition and likability of the market.
<Job Responsibilities>
・Mentoring the team members and build up working culture following company’s visions & guidelines
・Search new company as an exclusive MD/PR rights agent of Japanese Animations in Vietnam
・Meet new clients to get new business opportunities
・Proposals a business using anime cartoon characters based on an understanding of the theme and background of the animation, popularity in the market, and the target generation, what kind of character will match what kind of product
・Obtain approval from the owner of the rights to the animation character upon request from the client
・Preparation and issuance of contracts and quotations related to sales operations, etc
・Developing, proposing, overseeing and implementing the business strategy for the assigned categories
・Acts as ambassador for the category. Research & understand competitive landscape. Analyze and understand
market trends, consumer trends, retailer and industry needs.
・Manage licensee portfolio as well as day-to-day relationship with licensees.
・Effective communication with multi-stake holders, including but not limited to Licensees, Licensors, Partners as well as Internal Teams
・Supporting Director in everyday responsibilities
・Mindful on seeking different chances / collaborations to expand the business outside of the assigned
categories is a plus
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Gender: Any
・Age: 26-35
・Education: Bachelor or higher
・Language: English Business level
・Experience:
- At least 3 years of B2B sales or Account management experience and business development experience in any industry as below
(Advertising agency, Marketing agency, PR/Events industry)
- Experience in small~middle size company (Number of employees is under 20)
・Skills: High negotiation, coordination, and communication skills
・Others:
- Strong understanding of brand positioning, branding communication, retail business development function,
retail distribution and the retail environment
- Highly detail-oriented. Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Excellent presentation & communication skills, able to multi-task
- Analytical/Strategic Thinker
- Self-starter, motivated, proactive, dependable, able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborative & Proactive. Open, Fair & Transparent mindset
