<Job Responsibilities>
1. Maintain and build good relationships with customers in charge. Manage, take care of customers, and promote more products to customers.
2. Register the sales volume of the customers in charge by month, quarter, and year and perform according to the registered targets.
3. Understand the features, functions, prices, policies, advantages, and disadvantages of the product, similar products on the market and competitors' products.
4. Find out customer needs and information, record all customer information, evaluate the potential level, difficulties, and business situation of the customers in charge. Report information to Sales Manager.
5. Make price quotes, according to regulations for each product for the customer in charge.
6. Prepare bid documents to participate in bidding and understand customer needs for successful bidding.
7. Regularly exchange and update customer information throughout the implementation of the Contract.
8. Receive customer complaints about product quality, delivery time, repair, maintenance, and product warranty.
9. Coordinate with the customer care department for repair and delivery to handle customer complaints about product quality, delivery time, repair, maintenance, product warranty...
10. Monitor and urge customers' debts, ensuring debts are paid on time.
11. Learn and analyze information from the market, customer feedback and information about competitors.
12. Develop, search and exploit new Customers nationwide (including all foreign customers of SI/M, E/GC, end-user customers - EU).
13. Evaluate the achievements, advantages, and difficulties of each customer, then learn from experience and propose the next plan.
14. Store business records according to regulations.
15. Implement work reporting regime according to Company regulations.
16. Participate in regular or extraordinary meetings as requested by the Company.
17. Perform other tasks assigned by the Head of Sales and the Board of Directors.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Education: Bachelor's Degree, major in Engineering
・Language: English - Intermediate Level
・Experience: At least 3 years of experience as a B2B Sales in the ELV solution industry
