<Job Responsibilities>
a. Team Leadership:
- Lead and supervise a team of fulfillment and logistics professionals.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and continuous improvement.
- Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to team members.
b. Order Fulfillment Oversight:
- Oversee the entire order fulfillment process from order receipt to delivery.
- Ensure accurate and timely picking, packing, and shipping of orders.
- Implement best practices to optimize order fulfillment workflows.
c. Inventory Management:
- Collaborate with inventory control teams to maintain accurate inventory levels.
- Monitor stock levels and implement strategies to prevent stockouts or overstocks.
- Implement efficient replenishment processes to support order fulfillment.
d. Logistics Coordination:
- Work closely with shipping carriers, freight forwarders, and other logistics partners to optimize transportation and delivery processes.
- Negotiate and manage contracts with third-party logistics providers.
- Monitor and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery.
e. Quality Control:
- Implement and oversee quality control processes to ensure the accuracy and condition of shipped products.
- Address and resolve any issues related to order accuracy, damaged products, or customer complaints.
f. Performance Metrics and Reporting:
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to fulfillment and logistics.
- Generate regular reports to assess operational performance and identify areas for improvement.
g. Continuous Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency gains in fulfillment operations.
- Implement improvements to enhance overall operational effectiveness.
h. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with sales, customer service, and other departments to align fulfillment strategies with overall business objectives.
- Address and resolve cross-functional issues that may impact order fulfillment.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Education: Bachelor's Degree (priority in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field)
- Languages: English - Business Level
- Proven experience from 5 years in fulfillment, logistics, or supply chain management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and order processing software.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
