<Job Responsibilities>
Manage logistics between sales agents and logistics companies.
Provide support for customs declaration regarding the import of equipment
Accepts orders from customers and places orders with group companies.
Manage delivery dates and payments
Create documents, estimates, and invoices.
Collaborate with the Japanese head office and accounting agency
Supports general affairs operations.
Other GM secretarial duties, etc.
<Necessary Skill / Experience>
・Education: Bachelor's Degree
・Gender: Any
・Age: 24-30 years old
・Language: English Business level (good speaking)
・Experience: Have at least 1-2 years of experience in importing or trading (prefer machinery)
・Have good knowledge of import process and understanding of back office operations
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Have good knowledge of customs clearance for importing medical equipment
・Knowledgeable on Vietnamese tender laws, experiencing work with suppliers or distributors in sales support functions
<Preferred personality>
・Attention to detail.
・Can Have business trip
