Position to work with the Director to create a new structure to strengthen the organization.
<Job Responsibilities>
- Manage hiring workers, new staff, and processing
- Consult with the Director to create an internal evaluation system and rules, internal traning
- Support to current HR position with payroll calculation, attendance management, labor
‐ Other tasks assigned by the Director
