<Position Objective/Expectation >
- Be in charge of the supply chain department, which consists of SOIP (Sale, Operation, Inventory, Planning), procurement, warehouse & logistics sections
- Ensure the material flow from suppliers is available for production and distribution of products to customers on time in full with the possible lowest cost
- Ensure all supply chain activities are linked & aligned with the whole organization and with the Regional/ Global Supply Chain
- Enforce a “customer focus” atmosphere in the whole supply chain.
<Job Responsibilities>
- Set and monitor goals/ objectives for the whole supply chain department.
- Ensure supply chain goals/objectives are set in the financial year to be achieved.
- Lead SOIP team to develop/ improve SOIP processes: production planning, material requirement planning, and inventory control
- Lead procurement team to develop/ improve processes to ensure compliance with company policies/ procedures.
- Ensure import-export processes adopt local import-export policies and or procedures with the possible lowest cost.
- Develop and improve warehouse systems and processes to ensure the use of “best practice”
- Enforce the HSE code of practice to be efficiently implemented.
- Enhance customer satisfaction by adopting professional customer service practices and fulfilling customer requirements.
- Coordinate with other departments in the organization to ensure the common objectives are achieved.
- Overall leadership in Business Excellence (BE) & innovation initiatives in the department.
- Work as a core member of the BE management team.
- Actively BE projects while leading & supporting the department members to take part & complete their BE projects.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Education: Bachelor's Degree
・Language: English - Business Level
・Experience:
- From 5 to 8 years of experience in a Supply Chain Management role.
- Knowledge of supply chain operation, local country legal & corporate standards
・Other skills:
- Leadership skills to enforce discipline and motivate staff, Skills to influence people, Coaching staff, Building and maintain relationships with other people
- Open-minded & embrace changes, take challenges
