<Position Objective/Expectation >
- Market acquisition of new products in Vietnam, mainly targeting supermarkets
<Job Responsibilities>
- General sales activities for four retail companies in the Supermarket sector.
- Drafting, proposing, and implementing sales promotion plans for each retail industry based on the annual budget (sales and promotional expenses), as well as proposing new products.
- Monitoring sales status and reporting market status
- Continuous on-site confirmation of the sales floor status of all Supermarket stores
- Instruct and execute optimal display to SV(Supervisor) and SR(Sales Representative) to improve the number of delivery stores and sell-outs/stores.
- Identifying issues for expanding sales
- Manage members when the number of sales teams increases
- Manage Representatives
- Gathering information from competitors
- Planning and implementation of promotions aimed at expanding sales
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Education: Bachelor's degree
・Age: Around 30 years old (*Recommended to be under 35 years old)
・English: Business Level
・Those who have more than 2 years of experience as a Key Account or MT Supervisor at an FMCG company (Manager experienced is not required)
・Those who have good relationships with buyers in each retail business or can build.
・Act as with logical thinking
・Deep understanding of the confectionery industry
・Deep understanding of the new start-up business situation
・Having a high awareness of compliance at the global standard level
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Language: Japanese is a plus
・Sales experience at a confectionery factory or related to confectionery
・Build up a business plan
・Good understanding of new business in VN.
