<Job Duties>:
- To calculate the salary payrolls, another benefit for the projects and report to the line Manager;
- Monthly allocate cost as internal form as required;
- To carry out the responsibilities of compulsory Insurance for the projects;
- Make a declaration of social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance, adjustment of information;
- To coordinate with Health Insurance suppliers to control the claim status;
- To assist the Manager in dealing with Health Insurance suppliers related to benefit items
- To carry out the responsibilities related to Personal Income Tax (register new PIT no., report about increase & deduct, PIT finalization report, etc);
- Make monthly PIT declaration;
- Timesheet management (OT registration, working days, holidays, paid leave, etc);
- Follow up and control overtime working, annual leave, unpaid leave, and other leave as per regulations;
- To update and advise compulsory regulation as law timely (which is related to personal income, tax, and others);
- To update policies and submit papers/ reports of the HR Department as requirements of authority to the Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs (report of the number of employees), Tax Department (quarterly reports of issuance PIT withholding), People's Committee or as an assignment from line Manager;
-To support and coordinate with other team members to perform other assigned tasks; This position will be located in the company PM team, and support all activities of the HR team and company's project(s);

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Bachelor's Degree and above
・Gender: Any
・Age: 25 - 35 years old.
・Language: English at Business level
・Experience: having at least 2 - 3 years of experience in a field related to C&B in enterprise sizes from 100 and up to 200 employees
- Highly independent with a strong sense of responsibility and the highest ethical standards;
- Strong in C&B task and document management;
- Experience in Tax law; Social insurance law; familiar with declaration monthly/yearly PIT;
- Working closely with Tax & Social Insurance Specialist;
