**Handle all Purchase Requests for Production.
A, Suppliers
1. Receive & confirm Purchase Requests from Related Departments.
2. Research potential Suppliers, get quotations, compare, evaluate, and submit to the Manager for approval.
3. Negotiate Contract terms of Agreements and Pricing.
4. Make new PO & issue to Suppliers
5. Check, and track Delivery Progress, ensure timely delivery, and update the Ordered Materials List to Related Departments.
6. Review quality and send claims (if any) of Purchases Products
7. Enter details information about suppliers such as Name, address, Products, and price for the internal Database.
8. Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information, and invoices
9. Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage
10. Check and confirm the monthly delivered quantity.
B, Customers
1. Update PO & Forecast from Customers and send to all Concerned Departments
2. Contact and exchange with Customers about many things related to Drawing, Quotation, Purchase Order and Contract.
3. Fill out all the forms requested by Customers.
4. Follow Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) system & VMI Invoice (for 1 specific assigned customer)
<Necessary Skill / Experience>
• Education: University graduated, major in Economics, Trade, and Foreign Language
• Gender: Any
• Age: 30-40 years old
• Language: English business Level
• Experience: At least 5 years of solid experience at purchasing position in a foreign company (experienced in a Japanese company is a big plus)
• Good knowledge of Supplier sourcing (researching, evaluating, and liaising with Suppliers).

• Have good communication & negotiation skills.
