<Job Responsibilities>:
- Do the interpretation of Japanese supervisor's daily conversations;
- Attend meetings with a Japanese supervisor and interpret attendees' comments, prepare meeting minutes in Japanese or English;
- Translate Partner's internal regulations, notifications, meeting materials, emails, etc. from Japanese/English to Vietnamese and vice versa;
- Translate any other documents, reports, and materials required by the Japanese supervisor from Japanese/English to Vietnamese and vice versa;
- Assist in audit work (e.g., information gathering, data compilation and analysis, document preparation, etc.);
- Arrange for travels and accompany business trips to Partner's group companies (1-5 days/trip);
- Be the Interpreter at Partner's meetings, events, receptions, etc. (including but not limited to lunch/dinner meetings/events);
- Prepare, and serve drinks and miscellaneous items for tea breaks, visitors;
- Other miscellaneous tasks requested by Japanese supervisors and other supervisors (e.g., organizing documents, preparing gifts or flowers).
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Gender: Any. Age: 30 -50 years old
- Language:
+ Japanese - Business Level - N1 Level; and
+ English - Business Level - more than TOEIC score of 700
- Education: From Bachelor's Degree in any majors
- Experience:
+ Have at least 2 years of working experience as a secretary and interpreter or similar one at FDI companies.
