<Position Objective/Expectation >
This candidate shall demonstrate a proven track record in IT field and the linguistic capabilities to manage a bilingual workspace.
<Job Responsibilities>
** Newly setup IT office in Vietnam **
・Collaborate with the CEO and headquarters to devise and execute the organization's vision and operational strategies.
・Oversee the daily operations of the business, making sure that everything is done effectively and efficiently
・Prepare regular reports for upper management (in Vietnamese and Japanese)
・Monitor company operations and employee productivity, build company culture, ensure the development of members and meet organizational goals
・Ensure effective recruitment, onboarding, professional development, performance management, and employee retention
・Ensure compliance with business regulations according to the law
<Necessary Skill / Experience>
・Education: Bachelor's Degree or higher in Business Administration, Technology or a related field.
・Gender: Any
・Age: 30-45years old
・Language: Japanese business level (JLPT N2 and above)
English communication level and above (Leading, writing, communicating with other branches)
・Experience:
・Having at least 5 years of experience in General Management positions in IT or Tech industries.
・Having experience in PM(Project Manager) position or BrSE
・Good understanding of Business system development
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Experience in working at Japanese companies
・Experience in working at start-up companies
・Experience in IT project management
・Having leadership and good communication skills
