1. Develop a cloud management system for electronic forms and a custom-made business improvement system that converts existing forms into electronic forms.
Detail of the software follows:
- Digitization of paper forms, cost reduction, easy introduction, ease of use, real-time information grasp, reduction of data entry errors, visualization of work.
- Account creation for each company's users, user-dedicated document storage space settings on the cloud
- Store the original format as master data in a dedicated space on the cloud
- Users can access proprietary formats using existing browsers
- Users can enter and paste text information, images, and videos into a dedicated format.
- Connect vernier calipers and micrometers to the user's terminal via Bluetooth and send information such as measurement results to a specified location.
Allow users to upload documents to a dedicated space on the cloud
- Software can search uploaded documents
- As a subscription service, it can be used only for the period desired by the customer (minimum usage period setting)
