<Job Responsibilities>
- Support to prepare contracts and contract appendices with customers.
- Take care of current customers such as check-in/ check-out procedures, and tenant phone settings,...
- Support quotes and find offices/ apartments for customers who need to rent an office/ search for an office
- Manage/ store tenant records
- Support ideas for customer appreciation events
- Write advertising articles on the company's social networking sites
- Send payment requests to customers every month according to the debt
- Check and finalize monthly service fees and send them to customers
- Make monthly debt payments to suppliers
- Go to the bank, manage monthly cash fund inventory at the branch
- Report arising issues to the Accounting department
- Other tasks assigned by the Manager
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Education: Bachelor's Degree
・Language: English - Business Level
・Experience:
+ At least 2 years of experience working as Sales Admin/ Sales Support in any industry
