- Manage teams, and analyze customer requirements to develop work plans for each project.
- Control processes and product quality of members.
- Build models, coordinate with departments, develop drawings, export volumes, and check collisions.
- Report the work weekly

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Education: Bachelor's Degree
・Language: Japanese OR English - Business Level
・Experience:
- Having more than 2 years of working experience as a BIM Leader in the construction industry
- Can use Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks
