<Job Responsibilities>
1) Legal
• To draft and review contracts in Vietnamese and/or English including sales/purchase agreements (both cross-border transactions and domestic transactions), service agreements, warehousing agreements, non-disclosure agreements, and memorandum of understanding.
• To handle disputes related to contracts, debt collection, and labor cases, in the form of lawsuits and arbitration mainly in Vietnam.
• To engage and co-work with external law firms.
• To handle company secretarial matters in our group companies in Vietnam.
• To conduct legal training for legal and non-legal colleagues of group companies in Vietnam.
2) Compliance
• To implement necessary internal policies and guidelines, including the ones to be compliant with the local regulations.
• To investigate compliance incidents including violations of laws and internal policies, harassment inside the offices, etc.
• To check and monitor the risks related to corruption.
• To conduct compliance training for colleagues of group companies in Vietnam.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Education: Bachelor's Degree, major in Law
・Language: English - Business Level
・Experience:
• Minimum 5 years of experience as an in-house or practicing lawyer.
• Qualification as a lawyer is preferable.
・Other Skills
• Reviewing contracts in the English language is required
• Cooperative, enthusiastic
