<Position Objective/Expectation >
In charge of "sales planning", develop and implement strategies to achieve targets and increase sales for the TT sales force.
<Job Responsibilities>
1. Research and analysis of the TT market
In considering what activities the TT sales force should perform to achieve its goals, the first step is to conduct market research and analysis.
2. Analysis of company's products and services
Based on market research, analyze the strengths and weaknesses of the company's products and services and differentiate them from competitors' products and services
3. Formulate and implement sales and promotional strategies based on the analysis
Develop sales strategies for TT customers, prepare materials to be used when proposing products, execute sales promotion events, etc.

・Age: 27-45

・Education: Bachelor's Degree or higher
・Language: English - Business Level
・Experience:
- Having more than 3 years of experience in Sales Planning in FMCG
- Appealing ability to introduce products in an attractive manner
- Analytical skills to understand data correctly
- Communication skills to strengthen cooperation with all parties within the company
- Ability to see things from multiple perspectives
- Ability to formulate and execute feasible plans
- Having good knowledge of FMCG industry
