Sales Director - Giám đốc kinh doanh - Manufacturing

・Planning and executing sales strategies to achieve high goals
・Supporting sales and marketing activities
・Identifing current issues and work on improvements.
・Managing reports and status from managers
・Conducting market research and collecting useful information for the market
・Creating a weekly report and submitting it to the Japanese president every week
・Participating in monthly sales meetings
・Other duties incidental to sales activities to achieve sales targets

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Gender: Male preferred (Be able to go on many business trips)
・Age: 40-50 years old
・Education: Bachelor's Degree
・Language: English Business Level (Report to Japanese Director)
・Experience:
- Have 5-7 years of working experience in FMCG industry
- Have at least 3-5 years of working Experience at a Sales Director level in the FMCG industry and dealing with Consumer product
- Have experience in the GT channel & MT channel
・Others:
- Have strong management skills
- Be able to go on a business trip (in Vietnam)

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Have experience in Paper manufacture
