<Job Responsibilities>
- Research and develop new items
- Maintain existing accounts, develop new customers
- Build relationships with partners and perform other assigned tasks.
- Negotiate with customers and suppliers on forecast demand, price, and order.
- Monitor shipments to ensure that goods ship on time and resolve problems related to undelivered/delivered goods.
- Be in charge of Customer service
- Manage and create shipping documents, docs, payment, report system, etc.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Education: Bachelor's Degree
・Language: English - Business Level
・Experience:
- Have at least 3 years of sales experience, particularly in the pharmacy (mostly APIs).
- Long-term working commitment.
- Be ready to go on a business trip without hesitation.
- Have the ability and experience to search for and work with new potential customers.
- Be willing to take on new tasks and product development in every circumstance.
- Be able to work with MS Office
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Has extensive knowledge, especially in the pharmaceutical (mainly API) field.
