<Job Responsibilities>
- Assist General Manager/ Sales & Marketing Manager in Sales and Marketing activities;
- Act as a key account with customers on sales budget, sales forecast, sales support, and sales review;
- Corporate with the Accounting team to follow the distributor’s accounts receivable;
- Have idea about Sales & Marketing plan to support customers;
- Coordinate with the Production/ Logistics team to monitor purchase orders, keeping track of purchase orders;
- Make cost reports;
- Maintain regular contact with customers by exchanging information through telephone, fax, e-mail, customers visit and by following-up to ensure problems or claims are solved/ corrected in a timely manner
- Manage After-sales support activities by following up Purchase orders to ensure satisfactory completion of contract terms (requirements, delivery, payment schedule, etc.) and by troubleshooting problems in a timely manner;
- Support team to archive the target;
- Periodically conduct market surveys on competitors/ pricing/ products…
- Responsible for customers' events (local events, seminars...)
- Keep BOD reported by identifying strengths and weaknesses of processes and recommend changes;
- Other tasks assigned by GM and Manager in charge.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Education: Bachelor's Degree
・Language: English - Business level
・Experience: Over 3 years of experience in Sales & Marketing position of visible products
・Able to travel for business trips
・Good communication and negotiation skills.
・Able to handle multi-task and work independently as well as good teamwork skills.
・Experienced in MS Office specifically MS Excel, PowerPoint
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Experience in the lubricant industry;
- Knowledge of lubricants or chemical
- Can communicate in Japanese
